You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting phw77 support. Any remaining balance in a validly closed account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC verification.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phw77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name phw77, the platform logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of phw77 or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any platform content is prohibited.

Game content provided by third-party software developers remains the intellectual property of the respective developer. phw77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability
